As per your consumer rights, you have the right to 14 days in which you can cancel your order, then another 14 days to return it.
No other returns are permitted.
For damaged items, you should return the item within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund – if you return the item any later, we have the right to offer you a repair or replacement.
For returns of choice, the buyer must forfill the return cost, for any damaged items, we will provide the re-imbursement of return postage providing all the above are within the timescales as for mentioned.
